Our story starts today. We lost everything including our companies and mostly my families home. How we got there is because of a greedy bank. South Central Bank in Glasgow Ky. a private family bank changed the interest and placed a $468,000 loan on a 6 month payoff. The bank knew those terms could not be performed and did it only to foreclose since the assets outweighed the debt. However, SCB spent over $500,000 in litigation against us. I was not going to back down since I did nothing wrong and was current with my loans. Nevertheless the bank placed the legal fee's on us just as a loan. Thereby increasing the balance to an inflated balance of $822,000. It is simply a way to destroy us personally and financially. Never trust your banker. By the way we have deposition testimony of the bank president saying the bank can't be trusted. Although I have lost everything I worked 25 years to build!! I will start over with my family and in business. It will be with a different view, business plan and no debt!!
