If you find your menopause symptoms are so severe that it is greatly disrupting your life, you don't need to suffer in silence. Ask your doctor if treatments such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT) could help alleviate some of your symptoms. Changes in diet changes, medication and exercise can also help alleviate some of the symptoms of menopause.

Menopause is a naturally occurring phase of life, and the condition itself requires no medical treatment. Instead, treatments, such as hormone therapy, focus on relieving your signs and symptoms. Hormone therapy is generally a safe way to manage menopausal symptoms, but it may not be the right treatment for every woman. Ask your doctor about prescriptions or holistic treatment that might relieve some of your symptoms.
