Losing someone you love to illness or accident can be devastating. The loss of a family member or close friend is something that can be very difficult to understand. You may find yourself wondering how you are going to ever recover from the pain, or asking yourself why this had to happen to you and your loved ones.

The reality is that in life, we eventually will all have to deal with the process of dying. Sometimes the process is realized through losing a loved one. Other times it may be that you are just learning that you are dying from illness or disease. The plethora of emotions that someone facing death might feel can seem overwhelming, but there are many ways to cope with the situation now and in the future.
