Tony Charles has made a miraculously recovery from a motorcycle crash that broke nearly all the major bones in his body.

He was thrown from his bike into a wall after colliding with a crash barrier on a British freeway more than a week ago.

His girlfriend Kim Day and two friends watched the horrible scene from the car behind Charles as the front wheel of his Suzuki CSX 750 bike lost traction and slammed into the wall reports The Argus.

Charles, 30, has regained consciousness despite suffering from numerous injuries including a smashed elbow, two compound fractures, six broken ribs, a punctured lung, seven fractured vertebrae, a broken leg, a collapsed lung and a damaged liver.
