I think my friend has an eating disorder

I think my friend who is my age (20) might have an eating disorder. She is always counting calories and worrying about eating or skipping meals. Should I confront her? how to I encourage her to get help?

you should talk to her but do it with care as often people in such a situation are in denial and may react badly!
