Q: I CAN’T FIND ANY INFORMATION ON THE CRISIS THAT I’M FACING.

A: To obtain your TSC password, please go to http://www.thesurvivorsclub.org/lost-password.htmlQ: WHEN I CLICK ON THE “SURVIVOR PROFILER TEST” TAB, I CAN’T ACCESS THE TEST.
A: For direct access to the Survivor Profiler, please try this URL: www.survivorprofiler.org.Here are some additional troubleshooting tips to help determine if the settings on your computer's internet browser or network are restricting access to the Survivor Profiler site.
1. Ensure that your internet browser is going out to the server that hosts the Survivor Profiler. To do so, please follow these simple instructions: If using Internet Explorer, go to the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer > click "Internet Options." Then, on the "General" tab, under "Temporary Internet Files," click "Settings..." Make sure that "Every visit to the page" is selected for "Check for newer versions of stored pages." click OK. This may also be found under "Settings" under "Browsing History". If using Mozilla Firefox as your browser, select "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Advanced" > "Cache" > "Every time I view the page." Select - Every time I view the page.
2. Clear your cache (temporary internet files stored on your computer). By clearing out your cache, you are also forcing your browser to also go out to the hosting server. If you are using Internet Explorer (later versions) click on the "Tools" menu > click "Internet Options." Then, on the "General" tab, under "Temporary Internet Files," click "Delete Files." Or, under "Browsing History," click "Delete" and click "Delete Files" under "Temporary Internet Files". If you are using Mozilla FireFox, click on "Tools" > "Options" > "Privacy.” Select the "Clear Now.." button. Make sure "Cache" is selected. If you are using Safari, simply select "Empty Cache.." from the main "Edit" menu. If memory is still an issue, you may improve Internet response time by closing all other running applications on your computer.
3. Please check to ensure that your computer's network settings (firewall and security settings) are not prohibiting access to the site. *If #1 and #2 are confirmed, I am guessing this is where your issue resides.
4. If all else fails - and we hope it doesn't! - we recommend attempting to access the site from a different location (i.e. friend, family member, library computer).
Q: MY UNIQUE ACCESS CODE FOR THE SURVIVOR PROFILER CODE DOESN’T WORK.
A: With the access codes, sometimes there can be confusion between the letter O (as in Oscar) and the numeral 0 (zero) and the letter l (as in lollipop) and the numeral 1. Please double-check your code and try inputting different variations if you aren't sure.Q: I ENTERED MY UNIQUE ACCESS CODE BUT SOMEONE ELSE HAS ALREADY USED IT.
Please send your unique access code to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ; we will check our database; and you will be sent a new code.Q: I’M HAVING TROUBLE REGISTERING FOR THE SURVIVOR PROFILER TEST.

We built the TSC Website to work best with browsers that meet the highest security and privacy requirements on the Web. As you may know, some browsers, like Internet Explorer 5, don't meet the highest standards of many major websites, including MySpace and Facebook. As a little site that puts trust, security and privacy first, we're following their lead.Q: I CHECKED THE BOOK OUT OF THE LIBRARY AND THE UNIQUE ACCESS CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN USED.
We're discussing how to make additional codes available to library readers. With many thousands of libraries across the country, it's not an insignificant challenge. TSC is developing a practical solution. In the meantime, you can take a free, quick version of the Survivor Profiler on our website at www.TheSurvivorsClub.org. Look for the Survivor IQ Quiz on the interior pages of the site.
Q: I’VE TAKEN THE SURVIVOR PROFILER TEST AND WANT TO MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS TO TAKE THE TEST TOO.
A: Only ONE person may use each ID code. The Profiler uses each ID code to identify each person’s unique survivor personality. At the end of the Survivor Profiler, each test-taker is entitled to email one free code to a friend or family member.IF YOU WANT TO SEE MORE FAQ ABOUT THE SURVIVOR PROFILER, PLEASE CLICK HERE OR GO TO: http://www.survivorprofiler.org/help.aspx
